You will meet with our official panel of judges for a one on one 5 minute interview. A professional business suit/pant suit is the attire for the Interview competition. Panty hose are optional. Open toed shoes are optional. No political or religious questions allowed. Each contestant will need to have a platform for which she will speak on during her year, if selected Mrs. North Carolina International.
Interview (50% of score)
ON STAGE INTERVIEW (5%) :
You may wear the same suit that you wore to personal interview or change to an upscale interview suit (rhinestones or jeweled.). All contestants should be prepared with this outfit. Each Teen, Miss and Mrs. contestant will have a maximum of 30 seconds to give a speech about their platform of choice.
Fitness Wear (25% of score)
Each contestant will wear the state selected fitness wear, designed specifically for Miss North Carolina International by Competitive Image. Each contestant will be judged on being physically fit, energetic, and healthy. Mrs. may wear a wear a 2-piece set or 1-piece unitard with white sneakers.
Evening Gown (25% of score)
Each contestant will wear her own personal choice of evening gown. Each contestant will be judged on grace, poise and elegance in Evening Wear. Husbands escort their wives in this segment of competition.
MRS. PAGEANT OVERVIEW
- Mrs. North Carolina International is open to married women age 21 to 56 as of July 1st of the competition year.
